I had an outstanding bill, now my services are off, I cannot call to pay it?
I had an outstanding amount of x2 monthly bills, now I cannot log onto MyO2 as I need an SMS Code to verify the account, I cannot call the O2 numbers provided as the phone says 'Call failed' due to my services being off.
Can somebody help me please, amidst COVID-19 this is not what I need.
