This isn't customer service so you need to speak with them.

Personally I would recommend you go instore rather than try to order online.

Hi Christina02

This is not Customer Services but a customer forum and we are all customers like yourself here. You need to contact Customer Services
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
to order a new phone. The best time to contact them is between 8-8:30am when they aren't so busy.

Hope you get your new phone and welcome to the forum.

If less than 14 days you can change your mind and swap phones https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
If over that you will either have to cancel the content paying off the device plan or keep it running and apply for an additional contract from o2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hello @Christina000, how are you doing this week? It's been a while since you posted about wanting to have a new phone so I just wanted to check if you managed to get one in the end? Which one did you go for? slight_smile
