I gave my PAC code when I signed up for monthly but when do I get my number back? do I have to do anything or just wait. when I sign in it has a number (not mine) but when does it change? the contract says my old number which i sthe one I want but the SIM has the other number

@Jeffiow Try turning your phone off and back on again. If your old number still isn't registering, call customer service. 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
