Solved: I gave O2 my PAC code from Vodafone last night..

I gave an O2 assistant my PAC code in online chat last night, I had an email today that my SIM's been dispatched to possibly come either tomorrow or next week, however the PAC hasn't worked and I have a new mobile number.

What gives?

@Anonymous O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekend. The earliest it will happen is Monday or Tuesday.

Your new sim will have a new O2 number initially and the port will happen once the new sim is activated.
