 I shouldn't have to turn to social media to get help with my Phone contract lol. What is the point of  02 community help forum then if no one can help here ?

A community is just that, we're not customer service and you have been given some options in order to contact customer service.

I guess it's a bit like your neighbour coming to you to fix a water leak...... You'd tell then to contact the water board as you couldn't do it yourself.
