Just received a txt re my data allowance. So I logged into My O2 to check my 'pay monthly' account and found......
"You don't appear to have any 'Pay Monthly mobile' & 'Disconnected Bill' products so we're showing you all of the products you do have. "
I don't have any other products but it was nice to see I could change my name, email, etc, etc.
Two weeks ago I upgraded my phone. Did the shop do something wrong or am just lost in the upgrade ether?

i would suggest you contact o2 on 202 free from your phone to get clarification if your worried.
