Hey, I topped my unlimited o2 calls & texts sim up 15 pounds, but I did not receive any free calls or texts, this is quite annoying, & if anybody knows how I could get them, then please tell me!! :robotmad:
Is this the first time you have topped up or have you previously topped up? If its the latter, then you get your free allowance once a month on your anniversary date. If your anniversary date has passed then you should contact O2.
If you change tariff, you still only get the allowance on your anniversary date. (In English when there are several options in a sentence, the 'latter' is the final one and the 'former' is the first one)
