I have a pay monthly contract and I do not seem to be able to disable my voicemail
I have tried 1760 and I have just got off the phone with O2 who advised to try #004# .. without success.
I am in the UK and I’m using an iPhone 14
Anybody here who can advise how to fix this problem? Many thanks,

I thought to share the solution that I have found whether the help of O2 technical team
Go into settings, phone And make sure that Live Voicemail is switched OFF
Mine was switched on. This is why I couldn’t do anything.

Disconnect wifi and use mobile data
Drop the phone to 3G in settings
Dial 1760
