I cancelled my account and O2 are still billing me. They call everyday but it’s an automated payment line only
I’ve tried various ways to get in touch and although I explain they keep billing. Very odd!

Apart from the numbers and social media links given to you by @jonsie you can also speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
