I can't use my data?

So i topped up my phone and I have 100mb of data to use, however It's not letting me onto the internet when i am out. What do i need to do? is there something i need to activate?

Right, so you will need a BB bolt on for that phone and CS will need to switch the data tariff on your account too.
Give them a call 4445 for PAYG CS.

What phone do you have? Have you gone into your settings and turned Mobile Data on? 100MB won't get you very far.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It's the blackberry curve 8520, my iPhone 5 sadly is no longer with me so now i have had to revert back to my blackberry and i dont have a clue how to set anything up on it.
