I can't connect to the internet on my pay and go allowance using the data pack.

when I try to connect to the internet on my phone it won't connect and a message saying no data connection appears. Its pay and go allowance so have data pack checked.

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings sent to you. You don't say what phone you have but check the settings manually here:
