I can't access call details on my recent bill.

I get this screen instead of my call details.

Please can you rectify this.

Unfortunately Pat this is a customer forum and no one on here will be able to access your account. You will need to speak to customer service on 202 to check your account is set up properly.

 

Have you checked the My O2 phone app as the call details are now available to view there too?

 

You could try the web chat option when they are available in the morning.

 

You could also try a different browser, clearing cookies and cache. Sometimes the website goes offline around this time for routine maintenance so your details may be available in a couple of hours.
