I recently changed from pay as you go to monthly and now I cant send text. I've read that I need to change the service centre number but it doesnt give me the option to change it.

@maryu

You'lll need to use the correct sim as payg and monthly contracts are different.

Ask O2 to send you the correct one and the message centre number will change automatically from the sim settings Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
