I get them on a daily basis, sometimes more than once per day. It's beyond a joke. They keep ringing me up about 'my contract' - I presume because I am now out of my contract period they want to tie me into another contract.
Who the @£$% authorised them to do that?

It's possible that you did, check in MyO2 for these and turn them off.
If they're turned off you can raise a complaint here:

Thanks for that info.
I have o2 news letters and offers enabled
our partners offers and messages is unchecked
So I guess its complaint time.
