Or if you wish to move your mobile number to another Network use the Online Live Chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

PAC Help Thread -> http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Obtaining-a-PAC-Code-from-the-O2-Network/m-p/54427...

O2 will let you know if any contractual agreements have been met.

Please do not cancel your Direct Debit for a few months after final payment just incase they try to take any payments , as defaults, even if their error can be hard to remove.

Please check other Netwirks coverage by using Payg sims as coverage checkers are not 100% reliable. Unlock your handset for free as a contract customer here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form

Do not use Online Live Chat for anything related to your account. Live Chat is outsourced, and have a long list of complaints for giving customers misinformation. We are all customers here. Speak to Customer Service on 202 from your mobile. It's a free call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
