3 months ago I decided to buy an o2 contract which involved unlimited texts and calls with 1gb of data each month.. For the last 2 month I have been over charged by £10+ with no reasoning even when I look online there is nothing that says why they have overcharged me! Help...

You can call Customer Services for free on 202 from your mobile. Hopefully they will be able to sort this out for you.

in myo2 when you look at the bill there should be an option to see a detailed break down .
Or ring o2 202 (free) and ask what the charges are for.
