I have been charged £18 for extras I have not ordered and do not want I don't even know what they are about. I should not be charged when I have not authorised these payments. How can I stop them, and pevent them appearing again? Surely I cannot be charged for something I have not requested or authorised? £3 has been charged on 9/2, 16/2. 23/2 for something called SPTwo (Health), and £3 charged on 12/2, 19/2 and 26/2 for IFitness (App). I don't even know what they are, and certainly have not requested or used this. Surely it is illegal? Please help!
