I have been charged £18 for extras I have not ordered and do not want  I don't even know what they are about.  I should not be charged when I have not authorised these payments.  How can I stop them, and pevent them appearing again?  Surely I cannot be charged for something I have not requested or authorised?  £3 has been charged on 9/2, 16/2. 23/2 for something called SPTwo (Health), and £3 charged on 12/2, 19/2 and 26/2 for IFitness (App).  I don't even know what they are, and certainly have not requested or used this.  Surely it is illegal?  Please help!

Hi @francesdarby You may have inadvertently signed up for something via FB or another route. Have a look at the advice in this guide https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

IFitness is a common scam...plenty of threads on the forum about it....

All those free voucher offers you click on Facebook lead to this kind of thing so avoid them at all costs.
They are just scams and nothing is given away for free.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
