How can I contact o2 on email as I don’t have any credit I am behind on one bill I get payed on the 1st and I don’t want to be cut off or pay a massive sum

You need to call payment management Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Credit is not required on a monthly contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
