Give them a call. I'm sure they'll sort it for you.

The reason we suggest going in store isn't simply because of the website problems that many many people have had or are having, but it's also a question of O2 not being able to supply the phone once you have made a successful order. Could be days or weeks before you get the phone due to stock issues and of course they have your money already. Instore they either have it or not but chances are you will walk out with the phone.

Unfortunately not everyone has a store nearby and for some if they do they can't physically get there.

O2 do not have a timescale for their website being fixed! Smiley Indifferent

Well it was merely a suggestion to try and save the stress and frustration.

O2 will deny there is a problem let alone give a timescale for a fix Crazy

Jeez o2 make it so hard!!

Go to store to buy the phone, yes they could sell it to me but only if I paid for a PAYG top up as well or signed up and paid for rolling contract! Whereas online you ca just buy the phone, well you could if their website worked!

Have you thought about going to Carphone Warehouse?
