I am afraid I find your options to upgrade is very confusing.

I currently have 5GB for data browing the web and it is not enough.  I would like all my other current options to remain namely phone calls and texts as many as I need (which is not many) but I do want to search the web via wifi.

What are my options changing only the sim?  I think that 20GB or 30GB  would be sufficient for my usage but equally if 50GB is not much more I might consider it.

Check My O2 under 'change tariff' to see what's available to you

Are you on a Refresh contract or sim only

Do you get the option to upgrade in My O2?

But I believe that when someone has said in the subject-line of their post that they "...find your options to upgrade is very confusing", suggesting a visit to an O2 retail store is a legitimate and constructive suggestion.
