I am going around in circles trying to get my daughter onto my sharer account. Sunday waiting 20 minutes and then today 30 minutes for assistance. All I want to do is add her phone as a sharer, can ANYONE help, please?

You will need to upgrade one of both of the accounts to be able to share data.
Calling customer services at 8.00am on 202 from your o2 contract phone is the best time to get through.
