I'VE BEEN OVERCHARGED TWICE

My credit card has been charged by O2 at over twice my O2 bill, then charged a second time so I have been charged nearly 5 X what is due. I cannot find a way of contacting O2 even when logged in MyO2.  If this is a fraudulent transaction I want to know so I can advise my credit card company or have O2 dipped in to my pocket without my consent? Below are the details;

Merchant category name: TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE/credit card ACTIVATED

It appears very fishy so you should call your bank and they will investigate for you.

If you've received no unsolicited phone calls or given your details online then log it with the fraud department of your bank.
