My credit card has been charged by O2 at over twice my O2 bill, then charged a second time so I have been charged nearly 5 X what is due. I cannot find a way of contacting O2 even when logged in MyO2. If this is a fraudulent transaction I want to know so I can advise my credit card company or have O2 dipped in to my pocket without my consent? Below are the details;

P.s. that telephone number is not an o2 one this could be card fraud.

The first call should be your Credit Card company.
They have departments to deal with this on your behalf.
Then o2.

Yes so the charge complained of was not from O2.

Hi I've just been charged by same number and didn't pay for anything yesterday or day before for the amount. I know it's not o2 as my bill isn't due for over a week yet. Did you ever get to the bottom of this?
