My O2 etc has no way to order a replacement sim, it MUST be possible to get a new SIM card somehow

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Sadly it predates that convenience by quite a few years. I had assumed it would when I removed it but no such luck and can't afford to cut it with a knife etc as then I can't even use an 'orrible old phone to answer my main number if I muck it up.
