I WOULD JUST LIKE TOPOINT OUT THIS DEBATE WITH O2 AND ITS SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS A RESULT OF ONE OF THERE ADVISORS IN THE LEAMINGTON SPA BRANCH GIVING OUT NOT BAD BUT COMPLETELY INCORRECT ADVICE AND INFOMATION ABOUT YMONTHLY BILL WITH INCURRED ME CHARGES OF £65 AND I SAID I WILL NOT PAY NE BILL TILL O2REFUNDS ME THIS MONEY ... THIS WAS IN OCTOBER NOW IN JANUARY O2 SEND ME AND EMAIL ASKING FOR OVER £400 .... AN PREVIOUSLY WHN GOING INTO MY LOCAL BRANCH THE BOLD STUPID TEAM LEADER SAID HEAD OFFICE HASNT GOT A NUMBER ... SO WHT DO YOU RING WHN YOU WANNA SPEAK ... HE MUST BE STUPID I WORK IN RETAIL MYSELF OF COURSE HEAD OFFICE HAS A TELEPHONE ... (IRONIC OF A COMMUNICATION COMPANY NOT TO WOULDNT IT??) AND THE TELLING ME TO PISS OF AND LEAVE THE STORE.. NICE LANGUAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LEAD BY ... SO NO O2 YOU ARENT GETTING A PENNY FROMME NOW TAKE ME TO COURT I WILL COUNTER SUE !!!!

no my temper has got like this cus a few hours ago i just got an email saying the want £400 odd pounds and to terminate my contract .. yet i have sent bank statements proving these charges after being told by customer services the would be refunded and then billing on the account would resume as normal yet even after proof the still come up with this so some how i don't think soi wand this to go further

I will say, not paying your bill is only hurting yourself and not O2.
