Hi all, can somebody please help, I've just upgraded to Huawei P30 Pro & the last 2 days trying to claim free ear buds promotion, they keep asking for proof of purchase and delivery note, all I got is screenshot of my order on My O2 app. Not good enough! I have emails but they only have consumer credit info or DPD delivery info.
What do I have to upload for this promo?

So, I have to take a photo of a printed copy of the pdf order not a screen shot from my phone, I'll give it a go

If you save it as a PDF you can just attach the file.

OK, they've accepted a copy of the order, but now they want a delivery note, which I didn't have, just a sticky label in the parcel which is now in the bin & gone.

Can I get a copy of the delivery note from somewhere? Nothing in my O2 when I log in, can't find email address for customer service & hour queue when trying to call

I have the same problem trying to claim these free gift. Asking for proof of delivery. Can O2 not provide us something?

They can if you call them. They can email it to you

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
