Huawei hot-spot order not arrived, cannot get in touch with anyone to cancel!

I ordered the hot-spot from 02 on 17th April. I had no broadband so desperately needed the next day delivery as promised on the description and order process. This then got pushed back a few days with it due to arrive on the 20th April. I then received an email to notify me of despatch of the item. Since then it has not appeared and I have tried on several attempts to contact 02 to cancel/query this order as I have had to go with another provider for broadband, as I have two children to homeschool and no Internet it was something I couldn't wait around for. Very disappointed, please can someone get in touch with me. Thanks

No-one will get in touch as this is a community forum and we have no access to your account.

You may have to wait until the order arrives and return it under the change of mind policy.
