Huawei Y6 2018 freezes and hangs

Hi there,

anyone else had issues with the y6 2018

when it rings go to answer it, but it takes so lomg to respond the caller hangs up before you can swipe it to green, writing sms it freezes then catches up eventually.

 

Ive tried factory reset, i don't play games on it either

It's a budget phone with a fairly slow processor by today's standards, so it's never going to be quick. However, it should be usable, so if the factory reset hasn't helped at all, I'd get onto Huawei for help

Not sure what's happening there. You could try a new sim?

Tried a new sim same issue

i know its only got 2gb memory, but when a alba handset out performs this one you know you got problems only had it 33 days
