Solved: Huawei Tablet Offer

I bought an additional Contract which had the offer of a Hiawei Tablet, I know how to claim but it states i need a purchase receipt and a leaflet with the URL. I dont have either, I have the Order confirmation via email, no leaflet for the offer though.

Any Ideas about what I can do about this.
