Hi, i am trying to claim the free watch however none of the documents i have are being accepted i have the credit agreement, the order that came with the delivery but i do not have an invoice how do i get this that shows O2 a receipt/invoice number and the date i ordered?

Go into MY O2 and look for recent orders. Click on that and you can print the order as a PDF. This can be attached to your claim.
