Huawei P20 Pro stock

Does anybody on here know when the next shipment of P20 Pros are arriving at O2?

 

I upgraded on th 10th May with O2 promising next day delivery. Then 2 hours later (once they'd taken my money) I get a text saying it is out of stock... I have tried online chat and phone, but nobody will give me any notice as to when I can expect delivery.

 

Anyone else in this situation?

Hi @rikhindle

I'm afraid, as O2 don't have a live stock ordering system no one either on the forum, live chat or CS can provide you with an accurate answer.

You need to keep checking with O2 but until you receive confirmation via email and a tracking number your phone is not on its way to you.

If you don't want to wait, you can contact Customer Services to cancel your order and get a refund of any money paid, and try another mobile operator. But do check what sort of coverage you'll be getting first, as there is no point ordering the phone elsewhere to find your coverage will be worse or non-existent.

Out of interest, what region code are these phone that o2 send out?

I have from settings then about phone, what is the number in between the () at the end.

Mine is C782.
