How to upgrade?

I'd like to find out if I can upgrade my phone but when I log in my account is saying that I don't have an account to upgrade, which seems weird. Can anyopne from 02 find out for me?

Hi Mims.

You can text the word "upgrade" to 21602 to find out when you are eligible.

Alternatively you can just give customer services a ring free on 202 from your mobile, or pop into an O2 Store who will be able to check for you.
