How to turn off the voicemail?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me how to turn the voice mail off. I tried 1760 / 1750 and all the numbers o2 customer servise agents asked me to....but none of them worked.

I been speaking to O2 customer services from over a month now but apparently they have no solutions.

Will you please help me to turn voicemail off from my iphone 4?

Thank You So Much

M Khan

We know that works but then you don't have Tu Go, which defeats the object.

Ok, so the application TU Go activates your voicemail by default. If you deleted the application you are unable to turn off voicemail. So this is how you turn off voicemail:

1. Re-install TU Go and register/logon using your mobile number

2. Go into the settings of Tu Go and turn off voicemail

3. Go into the settings of TU Go and delete account

4. Exit TU Go

5. Dial 1760 to disable voicemail

Welcome to the community.

Was the voicemail one of the reasons why you stopped using Tu Go?

175002 and 176002 also work.

Hi Community Members

This voicemail stoppage has really proved to be something that doesn't want to leave my phone, I found!

Thanks for all the replies here because I think it is now turned off (yet to test it has well and truly gone so can't say for sure)

Tonight I went into the TuGo app settings and found there's a voicemail off or on switch! (This is if you've got version 2.18.0  installed. Installed mine Jul 2015)

Mine was set to ON and now switched to off!

If you have TuGo installed voicemail does have to be activated or deactivated within the app.
