If you can go to your phone settings then you can know but if you can't use the phone at all try and look for your receipt when you bought the phone or the box the phone was in. Hope this helps

@BA2506

Can you access your phone settings?

If you can, scroll to bottom and look for "about" or "about phone" and it should tell you model type in there.

In your MyO2 goto to "more" then "my orders" and you should also see it on your order details.

Hey
thanks but i dont have the box or reciept and the phone is not working so can't do anything let alone get into settings.
what i'm trying to do is get an email contact for O2 customer services because i can't phone them as the phone isn't working. and the online help chat isn't helpful at all

There is no email for o2 customer services.
The only way to contact them is to call at the moment...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
