How to retain my O2 number on a new O2 contract

I am free to upgrade my pay monthly contract, but don't want any of the O2 store's offered phones.

On Samsung website I have found the phone I want on an O2 contract, a slightly dearer contract, but when I reach basket, it says I won't be able to keep my existing number.

I know pac codes work for movement between networks, but I just want to retain number and move to a different O2 plan.

Any advice?

Thank you

Rob

Once you have the new contract contact o2 to cancel the current contract and they should be able to transfer the number over to the new account and contract.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Punkpagan

You just need a number migration to your new contract.

The Samsung website just means you can't retain your number at point of sale, but you can do afterwards.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
