I live abroad and therefore O2 have kicked my sim off the network. I am unable to connect to any cellular carrier. How do I make my number active again?
The only way is to call customer service or use live chat. I live overseas but I'm aware I need to make a chargable call or text in any 6 month period and top up every 3 years. They will reconnect you but it takes a further 24 hours to get your credit reinstated.
