I want to reduce monthly pay to 10 from 20.How can I do it.

If you are on a flex contract you can change in your MyO2 https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs

Likewise if you are PAYG, just login to your MyO2 and change your tariff. It will change when you next top up on your anniversary date.
