How to pay of device plan

Hey can anybody help me!
Tried to pay my device plan but my 02 app says ring 02 all the time.
Does anybody know the link to just pay this because every time I ring 02 I get told I can do it on the app which I can’t

I’ve spoken to 3 people from 02 was told I can get sent a link but then got told to keep refreshing my 02 app to pay but have been for 20 mins

Hi @Nicole0 , 

 

are you looking to pay it in full in order to upgrade to a sim only or another device? If so you should be able to pay it off via the standard upgrade process. you can do this via Myo2 or the website and just upgrading to a new handset or tariff.

I’m looking to upgrade to another device when I go to upgrade it says sim only not the device part

Hi @Nicole0 ,

 

Log into to MyO2 via the website and click on upgrade. It should give you the option to upgrade to a device.
