I'm not on the app, wanting to do if on chrome. Can anyone tell me where to go on the website to pay off my monthly contract fully? I've looked everywhere but cannot find it.



Edit: I am currently living abroad temporarily and no matter what I try, I can't bet through to 02 over the phone. The app doesn't work in the region I'm in now my playstore is set to a different country than the UK. I guess I should just let the direct debit leave my account for a sim I'm not even using?

@MI5 thank you! For some reason whenever I call the number, it says line busy and I get this ringing tone before the call cuts off automatically. 😕 Very confusing and difficult

Make sure you're calling when they are open.

Times are UK.

Opening times

Monday - Friday8am - 9pm
Saturday8am - 8pm
Sunday8am - 6pm

It will be volume of calls. Try to call around 8.00am
