How to pay a final bill

Been trying to pay off my device plan as I’ve changed supplier. Made payment in myO2 app which went instead on my airtime account. Chats and phone calls later I got a cheque partially refunding the payment. Phone disconnected and now I can’t get through to customer services to pay it again. Had an enforcement and termination notice today. Just want to get this paid but nobody answering. What do I do?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Been trying on both numbers all day since 9.30am. Either get cut off or no answer.

Thanks for that link. Is there a less busy time of day to call do you know? One time I was waiting 31 minutes and no reply!
