Anyone know how to speak to someone to make a complaint? I've made 2 phone calls already this week to have o2 Travel Bolt on added to my account without success (despite getting text messages to say it would be added). When I questioned some of the information the assistant just gave me on my latest call she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Just want to get this sorted before my holiday!
