I am using a pay monthly SIM plan of O2 (with zero Spend Cap). The plan include unlimited phone call in UK and no international call.

How can I make a call to a landline in Jersey? What will be the call fee?

Jersey is 55p per minute, or 20p per SMS as Jersey is a crown dependency and not part of the UK

Calls are 55p per minute so you'll need to raise your spend cap.

Calling abroad standard rates | Account and Billing | Help & Support | O2

You can use WhatsApp to call for free if the other person has it or add an international bolt on.
