Do you mean QR code?
If so, pop into any O2 store or contact O2 online for an esim pack.
If you request it online it should appear in your MyO2 shortly after it's processed by O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
