Ive been chasing o2 to find out how to get the £200 mastercard but they just keep ignoring my emails and facebook messages! Im so annoyed I dont want to miss out on it but i dont know what to do. Ive had the phone for 3 weeks.

Here is what O2 put out
£200 Digital prepaid Mastercard Available with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4 or Galaxy S22 on 20GB+ tariffs. Offer ends 2 November 2022. Minimum term applies and will vary dependant on device or sim chosen. Over 18s only and customers must live in the UK. Digital prepaid MasterCard will be issued on 15th December 2022, provided you have not cancelled your service or returned your handset, that you remain on an eligible call plan, and you have followed the claim process. Active email address, postal address and mobile number required for offer redemption. Within 14 days of purchase, customers will receive email and SMS with instructions on how to obtain digital prepaid MasterCard, and customers must claim digital prepaid MasterCard within 30 days of receiving the instructions and then activate the card within 90 days.

Im in the same situation like you, i think o2 scammed us! I even open a complaint case with them and nobody even respond. Speaks volume about the network, worst mistake i made joining them with their fake offers! I have enough screenshot and evidence to take them to trading standards next.

I waited almost 90 days for mine but it won't let me use it online I also emailed them 3 times with no reply it was only a virtual card so can't use it in shops I have asked about getting an actual card but have had no reply so I have £300 sitting n a card I cannot use I am going to go into shop but don't know if they will do anything
