Hi,

I’m stuck in a circular loop - trying to speak to someone on live chat or by phone to increase spend cap on my son’s phone (my account). Any ideas? Thank you

Live Chat not the best for that, @Tmbr - you will need to either call CS on 202 around 08:15 tomorrow morning, or use one of the O2 Social Media channels given in the link just below this post. Good luck!

@Tmbr

If you are on the new billing system, which everyone is being moved over to at some point, you can adjust the spend cap in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And how, exactly, would they know which billing system they are on?

By checking their MyO2 to see if there is the option available.

I'm on 360.

Just to say not all the features appear in the App and you need to use the Web Version

Here it is in the drop down menu

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
