How to contact O2 customer service on their website as no chat line is Live, as I want to renew my Pay Monthly Contract if the deal is right for me

What? About upgrading a phone? Ridiculous, I would try again and see if you can speak to someone with a sensible head on @PL

Best time to call is between 8-8.30am in the morning

ı lost my top up phone in Cuba which is [Removed] my new number is [Removed] so can it possible to transfer new number to old number.

@nurten this is a public customer forum.

You need to call customer service to swap your number over and please remove your details to avoid getting spammed.
