How to claim galaxy buds 2

I have recently upgraded my sons phone to the S22 plus for his up coming birthday, I got a couple of leaflets in the package 1 was for the Galaxy buds 2 but I don't how to redeem them, I tried to on Samsung website but it was if you purchased the Zflip 4 and that ended back end of Sept 22.

 

I used the drop down menu for the phone and selected other and that didn't work can anybody point me in the right direction please?

I'm not sure if that is still running. However if you can claim it should appear in the Samsung Members App on the phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I was told in store it ends 31/10/22. I have just clicked on the link and when it opened it confirmed it.
