How to check the status on a mobile number transfer (PAC has been provided)

Hi,

 

Anybody know how to check the status on when a mobile number transfer will be complete ?

PAC code was provided when the o2 contract was taken out.

I requested a transfer from a Vodafone account online yesterday morning. At 9AM the number went out of service, and Vodafone has disabled the SIM. As of now (12.51) there is no message from O2. Does that sound normal?
