I have a difficulty in logging in to look at my account because my user name is one that 02 created for me when they automatically signed me up to the website with My 02 when I took out the mobile contract. It is a 02 email address but I can't use it and it will not accept my usual email address. When I was have problems logging in it kept saying it had sent a code to the 02 address when I cannot access it so I want to change the user name any ideas how I can do it

The only way you will do this is to call customer services and once you pass the security checked, they will change it for you.
